Keeping Everything TransparentYes, we operate on an appointment only basis, to enable us to give you our full attention.
We have introduced a 90-minute time limit on appointments due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this allows us enough time to effectively sanitise the studio and gowns between appointments.
The current lead time between ordering and delivery is 4-6 months with True Bride gowns and pre-order British Bridal gowns. If British bridal have your dress in stock, we can get the dress within 48 hours. However, the gowns in stock can be purchased ‘off the peg’ at a discounted rate.
It is likely that your dress will need some alterations. We recommend that you budget between £200 – £400 for this.
While we don’t have an in-house seamstress, we have a great relationship with an excellent seamstress in the area that we can arrange to come to the boutique. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own alterations.
Yes, you can apply to pay for your dress in instalments or you would pay 50% to order the dress and the remaining 50% is to be paid on the day the dress arrives and is checked by you and myself.
No, once the order has been placed with the designer, full payment is required.
Not at this time as your dress has been tailored to your shape.
